Research and respond to customer inquiries. Review and update customer records on computerized data base. Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties.
Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication.
High school education or equivalent, relevant experience.
Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience.
Working hours: schedules will vary between 7 am to 7 pm with a total of 7.5 hours per day. Most schedules to be filled will be between the hours of 10:45 am to 7 pm.
Must be able to type at least 25 WPM, knowledge of Microsoft applications; Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Training hours are 7:30 am to 3:45 PM. After training, schedules will vary between 7 am to 7 PM with a total of 7.5 hours per day. Most schedules to be filled will be between the hours of 10:45 am to 7 PM.
