Job/Research Summary

Incumbents in this senior HRIS professional role are expected to lead multiple projects/functions within HR. In addition to serving as Workday administrator, this role will assist in the development of staff and efficient processes. Excellent opportunity to apply your strong HRIS (Workday) and data analysis skills in contributing to a successful Workday launch. Role also includes oversight for all HRIS reporting and administration.
Job Duties

o Ensures that HS processes are completed accurately and on time, and that resources are properly allocated. Assists in the evaluation, selection and implementation of HRIS systems
Oversees Workday Administration and support:
o Develops robust Excel/Access-based reporting tools that simplify reporting processes
o Responds to customer needs and collect and analyze appropriate data
o Ensures data integrity
o Oversees regular system updates and implementations
o Prepares reports, such as organization and flow charts, and career path reports, to summarize various workforce planning metrics
o Fulfills reporting requirements
o Partners with IS to deliver requested reports and changes
o Utilizes ad-hoc reporting tools to generate reports from multiple systems
o Systems currently in use include Workday, Oracle, Kenexa, Success Factors and OBIEE
o Maintains confidentiality and provide data on a need-to-know basis
Required Education and Experience

Relevant Bachelor's Degree and 9 or more years of experience or equivalent relevant education/experience.
Or, relevant Master's Degree and 7 or more years of experience or equivalent relevant education/experience.
Or, relevant PhD and 4 or more years of experience or equivalent relevant education/experience.
Or, relevant JD and 4 or more years of experience or equivalent relevant education/experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
Applies extensive technical expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines. Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards. Considered internal subject matter expert.
Extensive knowledge of laws, regulations, principles, procedures and practices related to specific field. Excellent leadership, project management and problem solving skills. Ability to use various computer software programs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
