Currently, we have a temp to hire Account Manager/Customer Service Representative job opportunity for a busy manufacturing company in Golden, near I-70 and Ward Road! (This is an in-person role, NOT REMOTE.
) Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:
00am to 4:
00pm (possible overtime if/as needed) Pay Range is $20.
00/hr to $24.
00/hr, DOE Seeking at least 3
years of experience in a customer service field, in an account management related environment, preferably working with commercial customers on repeat orders.
Knowledge of the sales life cycle preferred, from inquiry through shipment (customer inquiry/request for quote, quoting, purchase order, sales order, work order, shipping, tracking, etc.
) Qualifications Seeking 3
years of solid customer service experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload Previous inside sales experience preferred Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain process Ability to read engineering prints Attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent PC Skills - Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of ERP systems a plus! Responsibilities and Job Requirements:
Responsible for maintaining, servicing, and ensuring thorough communication with existing customers.
Responsible for communication with the customer regarding pricing and delivery inquiries, orders and contracts, and shipment issues.
Responsible for initiating and follow-up on work orders.
Responsible for gathering customer requirements.
Responsible for purchasing components to complete customer orders.
Notifies Test & Quality Control Manager of disposition of bad/rejected components.
Responsible for quoting potential new business.
Work with inventory control personnel to update and maintain a shortage list.
Sending Customer Satisfaction Surveys Following the quality standards of the company and assisting with other duties as needed.
