Senior Counseling Group LLC is currently seeking a Social Services Coordinator located in or near Golden, CO for the Denver and Fort Collins Areas.
We seek a candidate who is a time-oriented and focused decision-maker.
He or she should have a flair for social interaction, the ability to implement plans, be conversant with social networking, and a desire to promote the benefits of elder care programs.

The Service And Sales Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and training therapists, obtaining referrals, and integrating services within the sponsored facilities.
They are responsible for selecting nursing home facilities, making presentations to staff, and developing strong ongoing relationships.
The Coordinator must be prepared to travel locally two days per week.
Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, are required.
After training, the Coordinator will have a high degree of autonomy to develop marketing, recruitment, and support programs.
Pay will be commensurate with success and market development.
The position starts with a base of $60,000 but will be able to earn bonuses based on performance.

Job Description:
Recruit new providers to provide mental health services in facility settings (primarily nursing homes).
Make recruiting phone calls to licensed mental health providers.
Maintain strong relationships with social service staff and administrators at nursing homes.
Train new providers and social service staff in the company processes and procedures.
Be an advocate for residents in the facilities we service.
Assist providers and coordinate with the office on required paperwork for credentialing, billing, and treatment plans.
Coordinate quarterly treatment plan reviews with providers and nursing home staff.
Market our program and services to new and existing nursing homes.
Job Requirements Must be willing to travel up to 1 week every three months - out of state.
Must be willing to travel to Fort Collins and Colorado Springs area and other locations as needed, normally approximately four to six times per month, but occasionally more often when starting new providers.
Be familiar with behavioral health care plans.
Experience with Nursing Homes.
Be organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Must have reliable transportation, driver's license, and insurance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
All other duties as assigned.
