IT Director
Responsible for overseeing and managing the Information Technology department and ensuring KONG's global technology systems are reliable, up-to-date, and meet the needs of the company.
This position partners closely with senior leadership to develop an information technology strategy and policies to be administered throughout the company.
Job Responsibilities/Responsibilities Manage the IT team, comprised of software developers/engineers, system administrators, network engineers and support specialists.
Analyze and identify core business processes and technology needs to make recommendations to business decision-makers.
Evaluate, recommend and execute on the company's adherence to global technology requirements for security.
Review, recommend and oversee the implementation of technology updates.
Oversee all stages of IT projects - defining new and enhancing current project plans as needed.
Manage procurement of IT hardware and software for multiple locations.
Establish and maintain company-wide security policies and procedures for IT and electronic media.
Negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements.
Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, master's degree a plus.

years direct leadership experience.
Technical Qualifications & Experience 10
years' experience with custom application development and/or customizations to ERP systems.
Recent experience with implementing ERP systems.
Previous experience working with data warehousing and database architecture.
Experience in network administration, computer information systems or systems administration in a multi-office environment.
Technical expertise including, but not limited to, knowledge of n-tier applications development, C#,.
NET, RESTful, SQL, data modelling, ORMs.
Operational expertise in VMWare (vCenter 6.
5), Cisco networking (ASA, Nexus and Catalyst), SAN (Nimble and Equallogic), Veeam Backup and Replication, Windows Server and MPLS.
Skills & Abilities Highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
Ability to work in a high-paced, ambiguous environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation, and testing of systems.
