8am-4pm with 40 hours guaranteed each week.
Mom and Dad would love an occasional date night (to be communicated in advance).
About the Family:
Two, playful children live in this home, with another one on the way to join the family in early September! At 4 and 1.
5 years old, these older sisters are excited to welcome their new playmate to swim, climb, and be outside with as he grows! Both parents are busy professionals who work from home, and travel on occasion.
No pets live in the home, but the family does have a furry friend that visits every so often - dog lovers are a must! About the Job:
Duties will include all childcare (and planning an engaging and ECE-focused curriculum), the children's laundry, light tidying (such as wiping down counters and picking up toys), vacuuming, and dishes.
The family requests their nanny travel with them to the mountains on occasion (a few times each year!) Benefits will include 4
weeks of PTO (5 days of the nanny's choosing, 3
weeks to coordinate), standard federal holidays paid, mileage reimbursement, and guaranteed hours.
The Tdap vaccination is required, but the flu and Covid vaccines are not.
The Ideal Candidate:
will be warm, a good communicator, and have the desire to share their love of early childhood education! Mom and Dad would love to find someone who is playful and will laugh and sing with the children on a regular basis while practicing firm but loving boundaries.
Desired Start Date:
mid/late August, 2023 Rate of Pay (Gross):
$27-$35/hr, based on experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
