Responsibilities would include:
managing day-to-day operations of the dental office, manage patient financial accounts, oversee patient relations and handle patient complaints, oversee and contribute to appointment scheduling, collections,and insurance.

Specific tasks can include:
Verify patient's health insurance benefits and explain benefits to patients Enter data using dental practice management software Submits claims to insurance companies for timely reimbursement Following up on non-paid insurance claims Obtains preauthorization of proposed treatment plans Explains treatment plans and cost estimates to patients Managing late payments and overdue accounts Monitoring reports to confirm payment from clients and insurance companies The ideal candidate would have:
Excellent communication skills Positive, mature demeanor Organized, strict attention to detail Computer proficiency, including dental software Previous experience in dental field Knowledge of dental insurance systems Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Customer service or patient relations experience preferred Dental experience preferred Job Type:
