Since this company is rapidly growing, we need an individual who is flexible and who can change modes quickly.
The main duties are a mix within several disciplines:
administrative, marketing, project manager, accounting, logistics, and human resources.
There is a very specific need to be flexible and adapt to the needs of exponential growth.
Skilled within the newest software and technology is a plus (at a minimum, highly proficient in Word, Excel, Pwpt, Canva, social media, etc).
Work ethics and self driven attributes are critical.
Positive attitude and forward thinking mindset is key.
We are an environmental investigative firm that utilizes cutting edge subsurface imaging technology.
This position does not need a science background.
However, having an analytical mindset is very helpful to grasp an understanding of our services.
The office is located in Golden Colorado.

Responsibilities:
Accounting assistant role is likely 1/3 of the role, marketing/sales assist 1/3 of role, and 1/3 being a mix of office/administrative duties.
An overview of the majority of the
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accurate payroll records using Payroll software (i.
e Quickbooks online) - Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, including deductions, taxes, and benefits - Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or discrepancies - Prepare and distribute reports to management as needed - Assist with accounts payable duties, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and issuing payments - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, assist with reconciliations, and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, inventory, processes, and data integrity - Perform general administrative duties such as managing emails, mail, and maintaining office.
-HR duties with onboarding and more.
