The right candidate can work up to Team Lead or Project Manager.
Experience with construction is preferred.
This position is responsible for the safe installation of insulation in attics, walls, crawl spaces, and basements of existing, occupied homes.
Our mission is to improve the energy efficiency and comfort of homes, and reduce energy-related pollution.
Compensation and
Benefits:
$25-32 per hour.
Additional benefits for full time employees:
50% health and dental insurance contribution after 60 days, and 100% coverage after 6 months.
401k retirement plan with matching contributions up to 4%.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to do physical labor Must have excellent balance, and able to fit through small openings in attic spaces and crawl spaces Experience with hand tools and power tools (circular saw, drills, reciprocating saws) Basic construction skills such as framing and drywall Must be able to communicate via 2-way radio between the insulation machine loader and attic installer).
Insulation machine is fairly load, so you need to be able to hear when someone is calling to start or stop the machine via the radio.
Ability and desire to keep tools and materials organized Must be able to lift 50 lbs No tattoos on face Please apply if you are a hard worker with a great work ethic and attitude.
