Tuesday through Thursday we work in our office; Mondays and Fridays we have the option to work from home.
Responsibilities:
Most of our members across the United States have their own practices, so we're their professional lifeline! Our member service department handles all aspects of member support, including but not limited to:
Answering phones and responding to member calls and emails Data entry and processing of membership applications and renewals Verification of training/license credentials Troubleshooting member website and email account issues Maintaining data integrity in the membership database (netForum) Successfully leaving note audit trails on all files Required
Qualifications:
Proven experience providing customer service by phone Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent phone skills and email etiquette Attention to detail Open attitude toward changes in environment and procedures Comfort with and experience using computers and web-based programs; experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
