Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our team.
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring the smooth running of our food service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats - Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash - Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished - Support the kitchen team during peak hours by helping with food assembly, plating, and garnishing - Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe working environment - Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service - Assist in receiving deliveries and inspecting items for quality and freshness
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required - Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus - Familiarity with culinary techniques and equipment is beneficial - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team If you are passionate about the food industry and enjoy working in a dynamic kitchen environment, we encourage you to apply.
