Procom has an immediate need for this resource. 6 month engagement with possible extension longer term. Overall skillso At least 3 years experience in SAP SCM Event Management, completing at least 3 full lifecycle SAP APO implementations involving Event Management with Transportation and/or Sales Orderso The ability to troubleshoot design issues and engage SAP OSS as required obtaining resolution.o Ability to travel up to 100% Experience in the Event Management of SCM:o Transportation visibility scenarios within Event Management expertiseo Sales order scenarios within EM expertise especially with change order processingo Work Flow integration within EMo Portal integration using Work Flow o Integration with external systems / applicationso Understanding of Planning Area and Key Figure Configurationo EM Alerts
Responsibilities:
o Develop and update business process and validation documentation required to support requirements definition, configuration, test plan creation, test execution (unit, Integration, User Acceptance Testing), work instructions and end user training.o Support the design and development of enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces and master data conversions including specifications, testing and error resolution.o Determine the impact of changes to configuration both within the defined area of responsibility as well as across other functional areas.o Provide proactive and timely response to all design and production challenges.o Actively manage the support and involvement of power users and business owners.o Train power users and end users on system functionality.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
