What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Schedule delivery appointments

  • Perform freight tendering/carrier selection (with use of routing guide)

  • Monitor carrier performance and compliance issues

  • Perform data entry and track and trace duties

  • Provide Freight Pay and Claims resolution

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Professional work experience

  • Ability to work several sides of the issue to achieve resolution: carrier, supplier, freight pay, internal customer, etc.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent customer service skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
